Eviction Wave Hits TinyTown — Vacant Plots Now Open at the Deeds Office
The grace period for TinyTown's new property and zoning ordinances has ended, and City Hall's first enforcement sweep is complete. Plots in violation have been reclaimed — and a fresh batch of leases is now open at the Deeds Office.

The grace period has ended. This week, City Hall confirmed that the Regional Mayor Drew's office has completed its first enforcement sweep under the new property and zoning ordinances — and the results are now visible across Jeju. An eviction wave has reclaimed every plot that failed to come into compliance.
Residents will remember that when RM Drew announced the sweeping changes, every renter was given a window to bring their land in line with the law. That window — including the temporary exemption granted to plots mid-construction on a depot — has now closed. The clipboards have come out, the forms have been stamped, and enforcement has begun.
What this means for you
If your property was in violation of the Property & Housing rules when the grace period lapsed, here is the plain truth: it has been removed. The plot has been reclaimed by City Hall, the lease voided, and the land returned to the open market. There is no further notice; the sweep is done.
The upside for everyone else: with non-compliant leases cleared, there are now plenty of plots available for rent across the island. If you have been waiting for prime Jeju land — or were just evicted and want to start fresh and do it right this time — the Deeds Office has openings today.
The two rules, stated plainly
So this never has to happen to you, here are the only two things you must remember. There is no ambiguity here:
- One plot per player. Each player may rent only ONE property at a time. Jeju is a small island and its land is limited; the one-plot rule keeps it fair for the whole town.
- One large parking space, minimum. Every property MUST include at least ONE LARGE PARKING SPACE. This is not decorative bureaucracy — it is the whole point of the rule. When a neighbor fast-travels to your plot, the large parking space is what lets them spawn a vehicle and not be stranded. No parking space, no compliance.
"Land ownership comes with responsibilities," RM Drew reminds residents. "A plot without a place to park is a plot that strands your neighbors. The grace period is over — bring it up to code or lose the lot." — RM Drew, from City Hall
How leases actually work
A refresher so your new plot does not become next month's eviction notice: plots in TinyTown are rented, not owned. Each lease lasts 7 real-life days and will lapse if you do not renew it at the postbox on your plot. Renew on time, keep your large parking space built, and stay to one plot — that is the whole law in three sentences.
What to do now
- Claim a plot: browse the open lots and sign a lease at the Deeds Office. Inventory is moving fast.
- Read the law: the full Property & Housing ordinances live at the rules page. Read them before you build, not after the eviction.
- Build your parking space: pick up a large parking blueprint from The Architect, the blueprint vendor on Jeju's west coast, and place it on your plot.
One plot. One large parking space. Renewed every 7 days at the postbox. Do that, and the only clipboard you will ever see is this one. The town has room again — claim a plot, build your parking, and TinyTown stays open for everyone.
