SUGG-0006 · Discord channel for vehicle tunes

So i remember the younger days when i was new to the game and had no idea how to tune the vehicles for more challenging content, so id suggest adding a channel to discord, primarily for vehicle tunes, what its good for and such, can be set up as threads to keep it tidy, so those that have good tunes for vehicles on more demanding runs, a newer player can go to it and just grab the code and go, if its within there skill range, as we all know the coal run is a nightmare without a good tune
