SUGG-0018 · Government employees (TPD, TFD, TDOT) should be able to broadcast announcements for free

I think it would be really useful if players working under government agencies could broadcast announcements in the chat for free or steeply reduced rates (to limit spam). This would allow traffic control messages to be better seen and lend an air of authority to them.
