SUGG-0024 · TinyToken/Economy Overhaul - Property System, Passive Paychecks, Employment etc.

OpenSubmitted by Euro[TTY]TinyTown Crimelord8/25/2026, 3:12:44 PM
Multi stage suggestion that looks at overhauling the economy and adding new features in-game and on the website. First, with the latest update to CAD introducing Fines for lawbreakers, TT becomes a bit more relevant then just perks bought on the website for profiles, which is great. Not that TT was pointless before, but the new system adds more, this is more to expand on that and the potential for RP and income and activities in-game. However, Tinytokens are not neccesarily quick or easy to come by, a passive paycheck system outside the scope of the achievements should be setup, this makes the fines from TPD still hurt, but doesn't bankrupt anyone permanently. A passive income for "unemployed" Could be used to inventivize joining TPD, TFD or TDOT Inventize acitivty on the server - Potentially allow corporations/groups to become "Official" allowing additional pay? I would also suggest a payment system between players - More or less a wire transfer or something of the like. Properties The idea would help expand on roleplay and potentially tie in the payment system above. Allow the non-depot properties to be purchaseable - This would require some work collecting coordinates etc. Gas Stations, the Hotels, Tuning Shops, deaerships, shops, etc Based on my knowledge, this is all possible, what I'm unfamiliar with would be tying it to the website for a map and Tinytoken subtraction/addition. Allow the businesses to produce a passive income - I have no investigated if this could be tied to the current inventory of business in-game - If not, perhaps a business management panel on the website similar to the contract option, business owners can pay other players to collect goods relevant to their business, keeping the business stocked keeps the income flowing - Businesses consume stock every hour/every day - Each passive income tick consumes one stock. There are additional properties that would be cool to own from an RP standpoint - Haunted mansion, racetracks, military base, etc. Building in these plots COULD be possible with some tricky LUA coding but that would likely require testing - This part is more conceptual as a future expansion on this idea. Allow active/contributing companies/players to become "employed" This could possibly be auto activated after X level or X amount of time played
