Regional Mayor Announces Sweeping Changes
New rules for licensing and parking requirements.

NPC Driving
The Regional Mayor Drew announced sweeping changes today for the regular residents of Tiny Town. After a massive DMV audit, it was discovered that many "NPC" residents were driving on falls license. Rather than criminalize the entire non-company or corporate traffic, RM Drew showed his mercy, by simply ordering all "NPC" residents to cease driving on public streets. This will be a pilot program to see how it affects the city going forward, and the continued drive to improve city life for everyone.
New parking requirements
RM Drew also reached out to remind company and corporate citizens that there are responsibilities that come with land ownership. It is required that all residents who rent a piece of property include a Large Parking space on that property, to avoid the stranding of other residents when they utilize "public transportation" methods to move about the city. The large parking will enable the other citizens to recall any vehicle necessary to assist in keeping the city functioning.
RM Drew did note that while this is a good concept in practice, practicality sometimes has other thoughts. He specified that during construction of a depot that takes up most of a plot, and therefore prevents the placement of parking, the renter is exempted until which time their construction project is complete.
In other news today the Meteorological Center has announced that due to a strange shift in weather patterns, the near constant rain that has been drenching the area has moved on. No longer are residents expected to put up with near constant downbursts or torrential rains, turning their driving paths into mud pits and skating rinks. It is unknown how long this new weather pattern is expected to last, but the meteorologists I spoke with did theorize it would be "for the foreseeable future".
