The Architect is an NPC vendor on the west coast of Jeju, between Overseas Imports Company and Olle Speedway, with his office on the top floor of the building.
What he sells
Blueprints used to construct buildings and parking spaces on plots you own or rent. Pricing on community servers ranges from small houses ($5,000–$20,000) to parking spaces ($1,000–$3,000).
Material requirements
Larger structures need physical material delivery on top of the blueprint price. The Large Garage ($20,000) additionally requires roughly 20 tons of concrete, 30 tons of sand, and 2 14 ft wood planks — which the player must haul to site. Concrete from Nobong, sand from various quarries, and planks from a lumbermill.
On-site amenities
Outside the office there are 6 parking spots, an electric charger, and a purchasable Panther vehicle.
Furniture
Furniture is sold separately at the Aewol Furniture Store on the northwest of Aewol (and other specialty shops). Items are transported by vehicle and placed via the in-game "Putdown" action.
