Wrecker work covers three distinct sub-jobs, all rewarding the same Wrecker XP track.
How you start
Visit the Dongbok Wrecker Shop and take or buy a tow truck.
The three sub-jobs
Towing / evacuation — broken-down vehicles parked on the roadside with hazards on; hook with a tow truck or load with a flatbed winch.
Rescue — off-road and often overturned vehicles. Best handled with a wrecker that can lift and right vehicles, such as the Brutus Wrecker.
Vehicle delivery — new cars appear at harbours with working engines but limited fuel and top speed, delivered to car vendors or police stations, typically on a flatbed.
Payout pattern
Per-job payout, with a bonus in both cash and XP for delivering with minimal damage. Damage to the towed vehicle eats your damage bonus.
Progression notes
High-tier wreckers require combined progression — the largest wrecker is reported to need Towing Level 50 plus Driving Level 200.
Pitfalls
Overturned cars can roll back down slopes without proper winching.
Delivery cars run out of fuel if you take a long route — plan stops.
