The Yeongil Drilling Site — also called Oji Drilling — is the only source of Crude Oil in the game. It sits in the desert region of Oji Island and is the upstream end of the fuel/oil supply chain.
Where the crude goes
All crude produced at Yeongil is hauled down to the Sanho Oil Refinery, which is the only facility that refines it into Fuel and Oil.
